Group of 4 large Ingwersen's Phenyles: 1. Crude type with smooth base. 2. Crude type with Koala trade mark to base. 3. Amber glass with crosses around front two panels. 4. H. Ingwersen Burnley variety. Poison Phenyle/Disinfectant All 26 oz size. Rolled lips. Aqua & Amber. 227-230 mm. 1910s-1920s
Common brand but this is a good group with a couple of harder to get ones. No. 1 with the plain base is in Excellent condition. A really lovely bottle with minor marks. 2. Is dull all over but generally solid, very heavy bottle! 3. The amber Ingwersen's are reasonably hard to get in this earlyish type. This one is Very Good although mostly just needs a wash. 4. Still has some Phenyle inside. A bit of stain but looks like it will wash up to be Excellent. These are also hard enough to get in this style. Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 40
