1. Very Good. Chip to upper lip. Bruise and two short angled fractures here as well. Small flake to upper lip as well. Oval slug plate can be seen to rear where label would have been. Some inner dirt. Shallow flake chip to shoulder. Scuffs and scratches to be found with a couple of impact marks. Nice Melbourne made early version. 2. Very Good. Could grade better but has three small flakes to the rear body. Little nick to lower right lip. Some fine scuffs and scratches, but generally quite a nice example. 3. Very Good. Little sliver flake to front upper lip. Little nibbled impact under left base heel. Stained throughout with some scuffs and scratches. Impact mark or two. This has Eckersley on the rear and Made in Germany on the front. 4. Excellent. Superb chunky top on this one. Couple of tiny nicks under base heel. Bubble across R of From has a tiny open spot. Some fine scuffs and scratches with one or two tiny impacts. This one is made in England for Eckersley. 5. Very Good. Nibbles and flakes around most of the upper lip. The lip is a nice chunky one on this example too. Flake chip to rear shoulder. Nibbled flakes around base edge and under base heel. Scuffed around shoulder. Small flake to rear chamber. Fine scratches throughout with a few fisheyes. This is another Eckersley example, under the base of this one is Made in Belgium. 6. Very Good. Small flake to outer left lip. Couple of other nibbles to sharp outer lip edge. Some very fine inner dullness that will likely clean out. Light scratches to be found. No Eckersley on this one, no mention of where it was made either. This is the square chisel lip variety. 7. Very Good. Much the same as the last variety, but the more standard rounded lip on this one. Couple of impacts to upper lip, one has a small bruise from it. Deep flaked scratch to right chamber. Stained with several scratches to be found. Some crate wear to the embossing. A few fisheyes. What a nice selection of seven variations of this style of codd, made all over the World! Australia, England, Belgium and Germany are all covered! Grade: N/A Estimate: $$100.00 - $150.00
