Very Good. Edward Henry Hart of 83 Elphin Road, Launceston, was an accountant and estate agent, this sign obviously from his estate agency. Some rust to the outer edges. Upper part has some discolouration and rust. Some scratches. Paint flakes in a few places. Bend in lower part. Some bends to the corners. Interesting and early sign.
