Excellent. Discoloured scratch to lip. Scuff to handle. Discoloured scuff to left of Forty. Scuffed scratch to bulbous upper body on right. Some other scratches scattered around, a few are a tad discoloured. Some dark marks to the rear are from making, there is a thin dark band around the base at the front which is also a making mark. The large picture where the black parts are in places has glaze misses from making. A good example of this rare whisky jug. Grade: 8 Estimate: $$1,000.00 - $1,500.00
