Large black glass European Calvados or Absinthe bottle. Deep punt to base with pontil scar remains Black Glass Absinthe Tall cylinder. Applied blob rim around top. Tool finished lip. Black. 30 oz. 315 mm. 1850s
Excellent. Lovely dark black colour. A couple of scuffs and some light scratches around the outside. A few inclusions in the glass but no fractures around them. Bubbles throughout and great looking twisted stretch lines up the neck from making. Wonderful piece of black glass. Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $50 - 70
