Three Melbourne chemist bottles: 1. (Ounce symbol) viii / Francis Longmore & Co. / Melbourne. Base Mark: M. 2. F. Cheshire / Brighton. No base mark. 3. Bowen & Co / Melbourne. Base Mark: M. (Victoria) Medicine Chemist 1. Applied top, tooled finish. Clear / Very Light Aqua. 8 oz. 2. Applied top, tooled finish. Aqua. 4 oz. 3. Applied top, tooled finish. Aqua. 3 oz. 1. 164 mm. 2. 128 mm. 3. 111 mm.. 1900s-1910s

1. Very Good. Polished. Possibly oiled. Lip is a little wavy, likely from making. 3 x 3 mm bruise to edge of rear panel. Some surface etching remaining. Some scuffs and a few scratches to be found. 2. Very Good. Polished. Some dull spots. May have oil internally. Scuffed throughout, line of wear right down the rear corner edges, some wear to edges of front panel too. Some scratches scattered around as well. The Cheshire Chemist was in Bay Street, North Brighton, opposite the North Brighton Railway Station. 3. Very Good. Polished. Oiled internally. Still a bit dull with some surface etching in places. Flake chip under rear base heel. Some fine scratches and marks. Grade: N/A Estimate: $20 - 30
