A. A. Billson / Trade / A B / B / Mark / Beechwoorth // Breffit's / Makers / London. Base: 7022. (Beechworth, Victoria) Aerated Water Lamont Applied amber top. Aqua. 10 oz. 229 mm. 1889-1890s
Very Good. The inner back left lip has a bruise of approximately 15 x 12 mm. The inner front right lip has a 5 x 5 mm flake chip. The underside of the front lip has a 6 x 2 mm chip although this could be from making. There is a 10 x 7 mm flat patch on the front shoulder that at first I thought was a polished out burst bubble but a better look shows it has wear on its edges and surface. So either a making mark or something done when the bottle was in circulation. Has some baby oil on it but just general light dullness. Scratches around and small surface marks to be found. Pretty strong example of a highly desirable bottle. Grade: 7.2 Estimate: $750 - 1000
