Very Good. We sold a brown top version in the previous auction with different writing on. This has a flake to the inner rim towards the rear. A couple of small flakes to the rim along the left side and a bit of wear through the glaze around the rim around the pouring lip. Some glaze misses to the green area. Shallow flake to the outer handle at the rear. A bit of discolouration to the body, but seemingly from making as it is amongst some glaze drips and so forth. A few fine scratches and minor marks. A great jug which is quite rare. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $400 - 500
