Very Good. The brass sections are in good condition with some discolouration in places. The flat plate has the postal rates written on it! There are three weights with this, 1/2 oz, 1 oz and 2 oz. There is space for larger weights, but these holes are empty. A very nice set of scales! Grade: N/A Estimate: $75 - 100
