Very Good. 17 mm section of discoloured glaze wear to the front lip, smaller section to the rear lip. Little impact sliver to upper left lip. Fine hairline to lower handle. Some fine glaze crazing in places, below Lang at the rear a line is discoloured and looks a little like a fine hairline. Thin flake to right base edge is likely a potters pull. Some black specks. There are some scuffs and scratches scattered around. We sold a larger example in Auction 22 and in Auction 8, this is the first smaller one we have sold. This is from the James A. Lerk collection, as pictured in his book, "Bottles in Australian Collections," on page 19, item 10. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $100 - 150
