Very Good. Polished. 5 horizontal fractures down the rear body in a line are very fine, not all the way through and are almost certainly annealing marks which have been there since manufacture. Thin burst bubble to M of Plummer. Some scuffs and scratches to be found. A few fine fisheyes and little impact marks. Embossing is good with some minor high point wear to a small portion of it. The trade mark is very heavily embossed. Some crude whittle marks scattered around from making. This is one of the nicer variations of the big Plummer Murphy codds, probably made by one of the local glassworks such as Patterson or the Caledonian Glass Works. Grade: 7.3 Estimate: $750 - 1000
