Green on White large Chinese Ginger Jar. Chinese Ginger Large round ginger jar. Green/Grey on White. 158 mm. Mid to late 19th Century
Very Good. Quite chippy around most of the lip although also quite shallow. A thin short hairline from the lip. A couple of short dark hairlines at the base edge that are darker lines part of general crazing throughout. Some stain also with the crazing. Some spots of rust. Nice piece, an unusual Australian found ginger jar. Grade: 7.1 Estimate: $40 - 60
