Shield Pickle. No base mark. Goldfields Pickle Applied top. Aqua. 1 Pint. 192 mm. 1850s
Very Good. Very crude lip, rolled over the upper neck with some neck protruding through. Maybe a small nibbled mark. 5 x 4 mm flake to base edge near one corner. Tiny surface nick or two. A few fine scuffs and scratches. Each panel has a shield type design to it. Some inner base grime. A lovely, shiny example, quite a hard bottle to get. Grade: 7.8 Estimate: $100 - 150
