Small Pinch Waisted Salad Oil. Base mark: Pontil. Goldfields Salad Oil Applied top. Six sided, bulged neck which pinches in, then six side flare out to a flared, wide base. Aqua. 7 oz. 209 mm. 1850s
Very Good. Polished. Oiled internally. Small dip in lip is seemingly from making. Odd surface bubble to inner neck. Some pitted wear and pitted scratches. Some other scuffs and scratches scattered around. A few tiny impacts. Not sure I have seen one of these in this small size, a very rare bottle! Grade: 7 Estimate: $500 - 750
