Pair of T Field / Potter / Sydney ginger beers. (New South Wales) Ginger Beer Various Dump. Impressed. Salt Glaze. 10 oz. 164 & 162 mm. 1840s
Basically the same stamp but quite markedly different bottles. The blob top one is Very Good. Small chips and nibbles around the lip, shoulder and base. General wear and tear plus the usual making marks. The squarer top one has a bit of a lean to it. Also Very Good. More significant chips around the base. Chip and wear to the shoulder. Bit of wear and flakes generally. Really good looking pair of early Australian stoneware ginger beers. Grade: N/A Estimate: $150 - 200
