Pair of Codds both with main embossing: N. S. W / Aerated Water / & / C. Co. Ltd / Newcastle // (GERN Initials in and around an ice cream cone like shape) / Trade Mark. (Around base of clear one) Made by the Sydney Glass Bottle Works Co. (Heel of Aqua on) "Pinnacle". Smooth bases. (Also Aqua has a dot after Co but clear doesn't!) (New South Wales) Aerated Water Codd Dobson or Four way types. Spun finished and Applied tops. Clear & Aqua. 10 oz. 244 & 238 mm. 1900s-1910s
Clear one is Good. No major faults but is dull and pretty rough to the surface. Lot of pitting and scratches. Flakes around the lip. Partially fractured small airbubble near the base. Aqua one is Good. Dull. Not as much pitting as the clear one. Scratches. Overall a decent pair of marble bottles. Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 50
