Very Good. Little 4 x 2 mm flake to inner rim edge. Some crazing. Some discolouration. A few scratches and minor marks. Chipper's Club Hotel was on the corner of Aberdeen and Charles Streets, changing its name to the Tower Hotel in 1913. A great item! Grade: 7.8 Estimate: $100 - 150
