Excellent. Some grime to the upper surfaces. Has the original lid. Listed as unknown era, as this came from a digger who is adamant that he dug it with the lid. Original caddy's like this were made in the 1920s and 1930s, however, research shows that these are always marked with Maling, or Made in England. Apparently if those words are not included, then the caddy is a reproduction, meaning that this is a reproduction. Maybe it was a late throw out? Whatever the case, it is a lovely item.
