Restored. A handle has been replaced, probably not the original. Repaired outer lip chips. Actually just noticed that this has the remains of a Bendigo Pottery stamp to the left shoulder under some painting. Paintwork around the entire tan section, there has been unknown restoration in this region. Impression is original from erry onwards, but the Pierce & P appears to have been written in place after the repair. The original impression may be under the restoration, but it can't be seen, hence the addition afterwards. The body is also painted white across much of the front, so restoration of some sort here as well. A rare demijohn that would fill a gap if need be. Grade: 0 Estimate: $20 - 30
