Diary is a bit water affected and has some tears and marks. But contents are nice and readable. Some great advertisements front and back including for Barnett & Fosters Codd Bottles. Some interesting notes on early works around Wagga - but you'll need to brush up on reading old handwriting! Show dinner menu has some stain and tears but mostly Very Good. Some tears and marks to the photo booklet but also pretty decent overall. Lady's ticket in nice used condition. Lovely little piece of ephemera. Some unusual bits and pieces of Wagga history here.
