Good. About an 8 x 5 mm filled chip to front lip, 7 x 4 mm flake repaired to upper left rear crown. Possibly some other small repairs to upper lip, but there is definitely some original parts to upper lip as well, so not major restoration by any means. Couple of little nicks or glaze flakes near base looks like making marks. Small scuff to upper left. Some scratches and minor marks. A wonderful looking bottle which is quite sought after.
