Near Mint. We haven't had the spout off as it is very tightly in place. Bottle really glows under UV light. Not a lot of signs of wear. Line in the print at the upper right from making. Interesting that they have misspelled Thompson. Some contents residue inside - these usually contained perfume and used as advertising/promotional items.
