1. Very Good. Well really we are selling this because of the stain so it is more a feature where normally we'd be calling it a fault! Opalescence and swirls. One shoulder has apparently been exposed underwater because it is very sandblasted and worn which is quite an interesting feature in itself. Stain inside. A few scratches. A superb old bottle. 2. Fair. Large section of the top has been filled and repaired. Speaking of the top it's a bit unusual to see a Van Den Bergh with this style of top. Scratches all around. Loads of bubbles throughout. Great seal that is really well struck. Good looking bottle even with the repair. 3. Excellent. A bit of stain inside. Lots of imperfections through the glass. Some scratches and spots of wear. Lovely dark colour. Nice strong seal that also has too much glass at the bottom. Great looking bottle. 4. Very Good. Unusual skinny variety. Scratches and scuffs and a bit of dullness. Nice applied top also. Interesting bottle. 5. Very Good. Stain inside. Scratches and some wear over the surface. Nice solid example of this classic Australian found gin. Grade: N/A Estimate: $100 - 150
