Near Mint. (9.4). In brilliant shape, doesn't look like it has been used much. Nice Deco design. The bottom of the base had been painted and I couldn't work out why but having scraped some off it is a Made in Japan version so looks like someone has covered this, most likely during WWII.. Estimate: $20-40
