Fair. (N/A). Wear and discolouration to the cover with foxing to the edges. Separation to the spine when the front cover is opened, all the pages remain together though. Looks like some moisture damage to the pages, they are a bit wavy. Heavy discolouration from age and some extra stains over and above this. Inner back page has been torn out, this looks like it was blank anyway. States inside that it is copyright, 1912, by L. H. Walter. With the Titanic sinking in April 1912, this must have been printed within months of the disaster!. Estimate: $30-50
