Very Good. (N/A). The embossing is totally covered by the label, but you can make out that this was a Vandulken Weiland Schnapps that has been repurposed. This was definitely done back when this product was for sale about 100 or so years ago and was common practice in the day to repurpose others bottle. The schnapps itself is hard to get. 13 x 8 mm deep chip to the lip. 4 x 9 mm sliver to outer lip, next to this is another over about 6 x 6 mm. Some grime as well which could be carefully cleaned. A few little nibbled marks to base edge. What a fantastic label which is fully intact. This has age discolouration and is brittle, where the heavy embossing is underneath it has caused a split or two to the label. An amazing example, even more amazing, the original packet comes with it, basically the same label but it would have fully encapsulated the bottle. The bonus here, it helps to protect the label further. This outer wrapper is stained and discoloured, and from about above the word Sarsaparilla above is missing the remainder. Simply amazing! Being full of the original contents, and all about the label and packaging, I don't think this should be posted as we could not guarantee no leakage, which would ruin the labels.. Estimate: $100-150
