Excellent. (N/A). The closed end of the feeder is heavily ground but I presume that was how it was made. The rubber nipple is not there anymore but you can see stain on the inner box and the opening of the bottle where it has perished. Some folds and marks on the box but mostly very nice. Great little piece.. Estimate: $30-50
