Very Good. (N/A). Very heavy piece, there is a lot of brass in this. Typical making marks. Some discoloured patches. Some shiny patches to rear where some grinding has been done. This is the pre-federation coat of arms with the emu on the left, from 1908 the Federation coat of arms all have the kangaroo on the left. We have suggested 1900s, but cannot be 100% certain of age, as this type of thing can be easily manufactured at any time. Regardless, it is a wonderful item which you do not see around at all..
