Pewter Nautical Inkwell with large flat base. No makers mark.. Ink. Inkwell. Large pewter nautical inkwell. 193 mm across base. 1900s
Very Good. (N/A). Not sure what the inner inkwell is made of, it is a black rubberoid type substance that has a fair bit of chipping and flaking. The pewter has some little knocks and some scratches. A bit discoloured as well. These were made to sit nicely on a table in a ship without spilling too much ink on the waves.. Estimate: $30-50
