Near Mint. (9.3). Rubber teats still on each end, one has broken off, the other has hardened and deteriorated with a split and crazing, but is still there. Glass wise, a little inner contents residue type haze. A little grime, some scratches and minor marks. Overall, a great example of this unusual bottle.. Estimate: $30-50
