N/A. (N/A). 1. VG. Small flake to left rear lip. Some patches of rust. Some scratches here and there. Interesting jar, has a wonky lip from making. Not sure where this was made, possibly Australian? 2. Very Good. Not sure what is in the base, looks nasty, likely the original contents? Hairline can be seen inside down most of one side, this cannot be seen outside at all. 30 mm hairline to left mid body can be see inside as well. Chip to rear base edge. 60 mm hairline under base comes up the side another 15 mm. Some rust. Interesting jar. 3. Very Good. Glaze is very different on this one, quite shiny with variable tones. Right side body has massive lump from making, behind this is a rough orange peel type region. Couple of flakes around base edge. Don't know which potteries these are from, but probably Australian made items. With the differences, these would not have been made at the same place. 4. VG. This has the earlier Bendigo Pottery stamp on it, with the Coy Ltd at the bottom part. Interestingly, the stamp is impressed sideways. 25 x 4 mm scraped mark to lower right lip is just through the glaze. Little spot of wear to front shoulder. Patch or two of grime. A bit of discolouration to be found. A few scratches and the odd scuff mark. Interesting piece of Bendigo Pottery. 5. - 8. All are used, therefore have the typical burns, marks and rough finish. Taller one is quite heavily burnt and flaked. Some chips here and there. Lumps and crud. 9. A bit of wear around the inner rim of the lid side inside the neck. A few minor discoloured patches. Really good condition overall, unusual item, you don't see these often. 10. - 11. First one has a couple of lip chips, a small flake or two to the shoulder and base edge. This has some nice glaze misses too from making. Second one has a couple of discoloured, scuffed scratches. 18 x 2 mm glaze scrape to the lip edge. Some crude, larger glaze misses to this one. Nice pair of eary cheese jars. 12. EXC. This comes with no jar! :-) A bit grimy, this will clean up. Some fine scratches and minor marks. Interesting lid with the patent number on it, not sure what type of jar it belongs to. This does have a hole through the handle, as made, which is likely part of the patent, for allowing the contents to breathe presumably.. Estimate: $70-120
