Mint. (9.7). Grime, this will clean off. Doesn't look to be pontiled. C IV must be for King Charles IV of Spain, who ruled from 1788-1808. The reason I have come to that conclusion is that the crown shown here directly replicates the Heraldic Royal Crown of Spain.. Estimate: $100-150
