Very Good. (7.2). The pottery handle has a 50 x 25 mm chunk that has been glued back in to the outer edge mid way down. A couple of crack from this to the handle as well. This probably occurred during use, hence the extra wire handle being attached as it is more secure. 4 x 3 mm spot of glaze wear to the front left lip edge. Line of wear and rust to the upper shoulder where the wire handle rubs. 50 mm discoloured making split to the upper right rear, parts are glazed over so this is definitely a making mark. A few short but deep scratches to the lower front left. 4 x 3 mm patch of wear to the upper right part of the spigot. A few small glaze flakes to the body. Crude lumps and bumps to the base edge and heel are making marks. A few scratches and minor marks to the body. A really good example overall, this is a nice item.. Estimate: $300-400
