Very Good. (7.1). Spout is firmly in place, we presume the lip is fine. A bit of light haze internally. Really little flake to front shoulder. A few little nibbled impact marks to the body. 15 x 8 mm shallow nibbled flake to the front right pedestal base edge. A few fisheyes and impact marks. Worn around the upper body. Scuffs and scratches scattered around. A solid example. The most unusual part is that this was original a Kelly, Hobart syphon that we deeply etched as is the case with French made syphons at times. When J. H. C. took over use of this bottle and had their details sandblasted, they had the entire Kelly badge sandblasted to remove it, but being deeply etched it remains quite visible. Also interesting that this syphon was also used a third time by Reeves of Warrnambool. . Estimate: $100-150
