Very early chutney or pickle with sharp tube pontil scar.. Goldfields. Pickle. Oblong with chamfered sides. Crude, applied rolled lip. Aqua. 10 oz or so. 170 mm. 1840s
Very Good. (7.9). Listed as Goldfields even though it likely predates the Eastern Australian Goldfields era. Bit dirty inside. Some scuffs and scratches. Great looking big tube pontil to the base - be careful with this you could cut yourself on it! A nice early bottle.. Estimate: $60-100
