A very well made piece. 2. VG. Probably had a brush at one end of the handle, this is no longer in place. Some little chips at the ends of the handle. Some corrosion to the metal parts. 3. VG. Some corrosion to metal parts. Looks like it has a crown seal opener on the shaft as well. Some wear through the print on the St. Louis side. Interesting multiple purpose bottle opener.
