The flat piece to the right would be where a bottle would be on display. Not sure on age, maybe mid 20th century. 2. Fair. Poor fella has a broken arm! The arm comes with this, just as a separate piece - the photo shows the arm in place. Some age splits here and there. Some grime. Not a bad example, not sure on age, maybe middle part of 20th century or slightly earlier. Estimate: $50-100
