Very Good. (7.5). Polished. Superb and unusual Australian patent bottle. Despite its odd shape this is simply a variant of Hogben's patent or stick stoppered bottle. Heavily polished with very smooth surfaces. The protected embossing shows some light roughness around it but really just adds a bit of character. There is a burst bubble to the front, 4 x 2 mm. A couple of scratches remain evident to the rear, with a couple of very light internal scratches as well. There are the occasional small surface fisheye type marks to be found here and there. Overall a great example of this unusual and rare patent aerated water bottle. Estimate: $1000-2000
