A. J. Lunt / Ginger / Beer / Mudgee. No impressed stamp. (New South Wales). Ginger Beer. Cork Stoppered. Dump. All Tan. Black Print. 10 oz. 168 mm. 1910s
Very Good. (7.3). Front lip has a little, thin impact glaze flake, through this is a fine hairline over about 25 mm along the upper lip, but continues down the left lip and shoulder pretty much just as crazing. Series of discoloured glaze hairlines down the lip and shoulder, these are likely just crazed lines from making, but are there. Some very minor wear and a tiny glaze flake or two around the shoulder. Some grime and a spot or two of surface rust. Discoloured glaze hairlines around the base and lower body region again. Interestingly, this is glazed under the base, there are a few small glaze flakes amongst this. 14 x 4 mm section of wear through the glaze to the front left base edge, another smaller spot to right of this. Little glaze pop or two to body from making. Interesting example of a hard to get bottle, you don't see many ginger beers where the tan glaze continues across the base. Estimate: $300-400
