Excellent. (N/A). Not sure this has even been used. A little grime to the metal. This is still in the original wax wrapper, which is marked with instructions and a picture of the mouth organ inside. Instructions to the inner base of the box as well, and details on top of the box. Outer box has some wear and foxing in places. A great item. Estimate: $40-60
