Something has leaked onto the cardboard which has heavily stained it and removed the writing. Heavy fading. Still has the ten blades inside. 4. Very Good. Has a stain on one side. A little discolouration. Unusual item, a miniature version which clearly was not for use, not sure what this was for, maybe a doll's set? 5. Very Good. Has a plastic vial inside.
