Three Cornishware Jugs: 1. Larger Hoffman Ware, Australia. 2. Medium R. Fowler Ltd., Australia. 3. Small Unmarked.. Pottery. Australian. All are white handled "Cornishware" style jugs with blue bands. Three sizes. 1. 115 mm. 2. 102 mm. 3. 89 mm.. 1930s-1940s
N/A. (N/A). 1. Very Good. Discoloured. Some spots of paint. 20 x 10 mm flake under the heel. Nick or two to base edge. Some scratches and the odd scuff mark. This has the Hoffman Ware stamp under the base. 2. Very Good. Nibbled glaze wear around the pouring spout. A few spots of wear to the handle. Some nicks to the base edge. Some spots of wear around the rim. Some dust and grime. Some crazing. Some scratches. This has the Fowler potters stamp under the base. 3. Poor. x 55 mm section to one side has been glued back in, mostly one chunk, but two smaller pieces have been separated and glued as well. Some flakes along the joins. Base Y shaped hairline. Making split to base edge. Crazing from making. No makers mark, but probably Australian. Estimate: $20-40
