Repaired. (0). Top has been quite neatly replaced. Small 5 mm fracture in the bottom of the green lip at the right side. Remains of a chip at the broken part of the back neck just creeping down the back. Bit of dullness, scuffs and scratches. Valve is still in place although most of the rubber around it has gone. Good looking example of a very rare and unusual patent marble bottle. Estimate: $200-400
