Aerated Water Machines and Carbonators Manufactured by Eckersley & Sons, Sydney & Melbourne. 1914. (Victoria, New South Wales). Books. . Soft cover. 20 pages. 290 x 225 mm. 1914
Good. (N/A). Cover is "soft" with folds and bends. Discoloured with the odd stain as well. Eckersley must have changed address in Sydney at some stage, they have a sticker over the original address with the new address of 25a George Street West (opposite Tooth's Brewery), Sydney. The Melbourne address was the corner of Clarendon and Haig Streets, South Melbourne. A fantastic thing, inside is plenty of information and pictures describing the equipment including the fact that a single cylinder of their imported carbonic gas will fill 12 dozen 10 ounce or 24 dozen 5 ounce Codd's bottles! Also includes items such as The Austral Corking rack, The Austral Syphon Filler, even an Austral Bottle Rinser! An amazing piece of aerated water history! Estimate: $50-75
