Small-Medium size cobalt Whirley salad oil. No base mark.. Household. Salad Oil. Small shear lip cobalt Whirley salad oil. 5 oz. 215 mm. 1880s
Very Good. (7.2). Typical nibbles around the shear lip. A bit hazy in places. 8 x 3 mm shallow flake under the heel. Couple of spots of surface rust. 4 x 3 mm chip to one of the protruding points at lower shoulder. Nice looking bottle in this slightly larger size, almost the standard whirley size of 5 oz, maybe a tad smaller? One of a range of sizes we have in this auction. Estimate: $100-150
