Very Good. (N/A). Some flakes to the black piantwork reveal some rust in places. Not sure the black paint is original? Brass badge with patnet dates and details has split. This was patented in 1906 in Great Britain and 1907 in India according to the badge. Some wear and scratches. A few small dints here and there. Really interesting railway lamp. Estimate: $100-150
