Very Good. (N/A). Some chips around the edges, particularly near the screw holes. Only part of the first letter of Adelaide in the sign makers mark is still there. A bit of wear over the surface and some scratches. A couple of bands of rust on the back and some other rust spots but the metal is all solid throughout. Great looking sign. Estimate: $1500-3000
