Good. (6). We have sold a 2 gallon example with an internal thread before, but never this variety in 1 gallon and cork stopper! Looks pretty good from the front, there is a front right outer lip chip of about 20 x 11 mm and a band of wear through the glaze around the rest of the lip. The main issue though is a very large chunk out of the lip at the rear. This is 40 x 20 mm and deep. Wire handle is rusty, but solid. Some grime which will clean off. Some scratches, there is a discoloured surface scratch to the upper badge region at the front. Minor glaze flake to outer spigot, there is some dark scrapes around this tap hole as well. Remains a great looking example of a very rare demijohn, will be a straightforward repair to the lip. Estimate: $100-150
