Poor. (5.5). Missing a big chunk of the top. Dirty and light overall stain. Should clean up well and looks ok despite the damage at the top. Found in Australia. Not one I'm familiar with, some chance that the monogram could be for an Australian Chemist. Estimate: $10-20
