Excellent. (N/A). Some dust and grime which will clean off. Some water stain to the backing. Some minor knocks and wear to the wooden from. Some dark streaks to the silver backing, possibly from making or maybe some minor deterioration. Small black spot lower down is a spot of deterioration. Great thing. Max Emcken is mentioned in Sydney in early newspapers across a range if trades, including bankruptcy for his business in Glebe trading as Smith & Co in 1913. I can't find any notification of him being involved in making mirrors later on, but am guessing that this is one and the same man with the unusual surname. The S. B. Bitter product was advertised in the late 1920s and early 1930s, adverts bearing a pitcure of a shouldered bottle with a label on it, the exact same label that is depicted on this mirror. Not sure on age, I have suggested 1930s for the aforementioned reasons, but this may be a bit later? Estimate: $300-500
